Who we are
Prime Recruitment (Mauritius) Ltd is the data controller responsible for any personal information you share with us through this website, our forms, or in the course of a recruitment engagement.

- Application data: roles applied for, communication history
- Optional: WhatsApp number, current employer, salary expectation
We only collect personal data that is relevant and necessary for recruitment purposes.
How we use it
We process your data strictly for recruitment purposes: matching you to roles, submitting your candidacy to clients with your consent, and maintaining a confidential candidate database.
We will never share your CV or details with a client without your express agreement.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent (given via the “I Consent” checkbox) and our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services.
Retention
Candidate data is retained for the duration of the recruitment relationship and up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to remove it earlier.
